PTFE pure film is polytetrafluoroethylene suspension resin is added to the mold pressed into cylindrical blanks, and then put into the oven sintering at high temperature, the blanks are cooked and then turned into film by rotary cutting machine.
Film thickness from 0.03mm to 4mm can be produced, width can reach 1200mm.

Thickness: 0.03-0.18mm (±0.005); 0.19-0.8 (±0.02); 0.9-4mm (±0.1);
Width: 10-1200mm;
Color: natural (white with waxy feeling), black, color can be customized.
Characteristics: excellent dielectric properties (insulation) and chemical resistance (acid and alkali are resistant, UV resistance without aging), high and low temperature resistance (use temperature -70 degrees Celsius to 260 degrees Celsius), non-absorbent, non-stick (low surface tension, anti-sticking), low coefficient of friction and other properties.
